    Construction

    • Frame assembly is constructed of 100% solid hardwood, milled on 4 sides to 1" thickness, with no plywood used.
    • No sag-springs are installed in seat and back along with interlocking helicoil springs to prevent sagging and provide additional lower back and seat support.
    • Seat foam is bonded to all sides of hardwood frame and seat cushions are 5" graded, high resiliency block foam covered entirely with special bonded polyester fiber to protect final upholstery.
    • Modular units and benches come with factory installed, 2" nylon glides in Black. Optional wooden legs are made of solid Maple wood and are finished in choice of four wood stain finish colors.
    • All adhesives used in ERG manufacturing are waterbased, nontoxic and 100% environmentally friendly.
